This filing went on record 18 December 2019, before the beer reached a shelf. Every week's new filings, read and delivered Tuesday morning.
It is the only label filing we hold from Beer'd Brewing Co. It is one of 5 tripel labels approved in December 2019. It cleared 23 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
From the label“With the signature Belgian yeast shining through, Trouble offers aromas of lemon and spice on the nose and notes of banana, clove and orange on the palate, all on top of a wheat base. The addition of Pinot Noir Grape Must provides a well-balanced grape flavor with a distinct, rich finish. Aged in Pinot Noir barrels since December, 2017. Our aim at Beer'd is to reincarnate the days gone by when beer was produced by someone on your block rather than a multinational corporation. We are obviously not concerned with economies of scale and we think that shows in the quality of our offerings. We hope you love drinking it as much as we love making it!”
