'Bière Blanche' is a Belgian-style witbier, but the oak barrel aging with orange peel and coriander, combined with Side Project Brewing's known mixed-fermentation program and the TTB class 906 specialty designation, points toward a barrel-aged wild/mixed-fermentation witbier-inspired ale. The witbier adjuncts (orange peel, coriander) are explicit; barrel aging is explicit. Classified as wild_ale given the barrel-aged specialty nature and Side Project's production context, with barrel-aged modifier.”
