From the label“This beer is the color of deep mahogany with garnet highlights and has aroma notes of dark dried stone fruit with a hint of tartness. The flavor notes are a combination of plums, dark chocolate, dark tart-cherries with a smooth balanced tartness. The complex finish lingers on the palate. This beer was aged in bourbon barrels for 18 months and then stainless for 12 months. It has won a Silver Medal at the 2018 and 2019 GIBCC.”
