This is the 7th of 19 labels we have from Side Project Brewing. It is one of 25 saison labels approved in November 2019. Its label was approved 11 days after it was submitted. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
From the label“Mousseux Alban is a collaboration with our friend Jeremy Grinkey of Bruery Terreux. Our shared love of wine, and more specifically, of Viognier, inpsired us to brew this barrel-fermented Missouri Saison which was refermented in a Missouri Oak Foedre on California Viognier Grapes hand-selected by Jeremy before being naturally conditioned in this bottle. What began as a dream and a side project has now grown into our 50% barrel-aged brewery. Passion, experimentation and patience drive the creation of our rustic saisons, wild and spirit barrel-aged ales. As we share our craft with you, we hope you share it with your friends as well.
