From the label“CORNERING BENT BREWED AND KEGGED BY HAMMERHEART BREWING COMPANY. Nehushtan is a Belgian-Style Dubbel brewed with a complex blend of specialty malts and a unique yeast strain. Starting with a solid foundation of pale and caramel malts, we built a beer that is rich and complex. The beer is then conditioned with a secondary fermentation before being kegged. This technique allows the yeast to continue working and developing the beer's character. The result is a beer with a deep, rich color and a complex flavor profile that is both smooth and warming.”
