“Keg collar labels identify the product as 'EDEN APPLE ALE' with 'APPLE ALE' explicitly printed. The back label states 'BREWED AND KEGGED IN HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI' by Southern Prohibition Brewing. TTB class 906 (MALT BEVERAGES SPECIALITIES - FLAVORED) confirms a flavored beer. The apple designation in the product name and the regulatory class indicate a fruit beer. No descriptive prose or tasting notes appear on the label beyond the product name and brewery information.”
