From the label“Barrel-Aged to Mystical Perfection Inspired by our famous Golden Monkey, we brew a Belgian-Style Ale with Cane Sugar & Molasses. The Belgian-Style Ale is then aged in Rum Barrels for 6 months for a satisfyingly sweet delight. Brewer's Notes: Striking gold with a copper glow. Sweet aromas of molasses and toffee. Flavors reminiscent of delicious bananas foster, decadent and fun on the palate. Careful with this magical treat.”
