From the label“Birdsong Brewing was founded in 2011 by a group of friends who share a love for both great beer and great people. Warm coffee and cinnamon complement a smooth chocolate flavor in our Mexican mole-inspired stout. With just a hint of chile heat from fresh habaneros and the addition of cacao nibs and local coffee, MexiCali Stout is one unique brew that pairs great with desserts and good friends.”
