From the label

Coquito is our bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Cream Ale inspired by the traditional Puerto Rican Christmas drink. Aged for eleven months in second-use bourbon barrels, Coquito was conditioned on house-toasted coconut flakes and finely-chopped cinnamon and cloves. Its underlying sweetness is cut by the subtle oaken finish, and the vanillins extracted from the wood are complemented by a generous addition of Madagascar vanilla beans. Equally delicious around a roaring fire or on the sunny beaches of San Juan, Coquito is perfect for gathering with friends and family for holiday cheer.
