This is the 5th of 9 labels we have from Stillmank Brewing Company. It is one of 13 scottish / scotch ale labels approved in October 2019. Its label was approved 19 days after it was submitted. The label names one hop, Brewers Gold. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
From the label“This 70 shilling brown ale is fermented at very cool ale temperatures for a classically smooth Scottish style body. 3 varieties of very well roasted malts from the Briess malt house in Chilton are blended with their high quality brewers 2 row malt from their Manitowoc facility, then gently spiced with "Brewers Gold" hops from small family owned hop farms here in Wisconsin!”
