From the label“This 70 shilling brown ale is fermented at very cool ale temperatures for a classically smooth Scottish style body. 3 varieties of very well roasted malts from the Briess malt house in Chilton are blended with their high quality brewers 2 row malt from their Manitowoc facility, then gently spiced with "Brewers Gold" hops from small family owned hop farms here in Wisconsin!”
