From the label

“It's hard for us to talk about our wood-aged sour without mentioning our great friends at Powder Crafters in St. Louis, MO. We're in constant awe of their craftsmanship. Dominga: Goddess of Brunch is the first release from our sweet egg-shaped feeder from those friends. We heard we'd be receiving this feeder while brunching and sipping Westvleteren on a sunny Sunday morning in St. Louis. So after maturing a beautiful golden sour for 6 months, we decided to add a bunch of orange just prior to bottling as a nod to that perfect Sunday brunch in St. Louis. The first sour from a new feeder is pretty special, enjoy with great friends and a sunny Sunday morning. Live culture. Naturally carbonated in the bottle, please open with care.”
