“Inspired by the family of Fizz cocktails, we created this light-bodied, highly carbonated, and refreshing barrel-aged beer. We aged a citrusy, golden pale ale in second-use Old Tom Gin casks from small distillers around Oregon, then conditioned it on two types of culinary lavender. Enjoy this spritzy and delicate beer, and we encourage cocktail lovers to serve it over the rocks with a twist of lemon as an innovative take on a gin fizz!”
