From the label“It just made sense to blend our cold-old mixed-culture saison with apple and fresh, whole blueberries. The Liberty berry varietal is one of our favorite to work with and we find the fruit from Black River gives top notch blueberry-forward while maintaining a light spice and stone fruit character with a touch of oak and soft acidity. Pome Berry is a blend of a few of our favorite things!”
