From the label

“Aging OG Barleywine Ale in bourbon barrels for an extended period of time yields decadent notes of black cherry, vanilla, toffee, and rich chocolate. These flavors all play nicely with a slight hint of smoke imparted to the beer during the barrel-aging process. Cheers!”
