About this beer
This is the 24th of 54 labels we have from Kent Falls Brewing Co. It is one of 80 pilsner labels approved in February 2019. Its label was approved 37 days after it was submitted.
From the label“For this batch of Field Beer we had the privelege of working with likeminded farmers and maltsters from the west coast. We brewed this batch exclisively with "Feldblume" pilsner malt from Admiral Maltings in Alameda, CA. "Inspired by the classic continental malts.. it's balanced modification and unique kilning cycle make for a full bodied malt with bright, delicate color." This barley is a UC Davis Experimental variety sustainably grown by Bob Shaupp in Espartos, CA.”
