From the label“Our take on this classic ale/lager hybrid from the city of Köln, Germany is brewed with specialty Köln malt, old world hops and a yeast unique to the style. Kölsch is fermented at ale temperature and then cold lagered to produce a beer with subtle fruit esters and a clean malty finish. We then filter for a brilliant golden blonde presentation.”
