From the label

Bohemian Brewery's "Sir-Veza" is our take on a classic Mexican-style lager. We use German lager yeast and a 50% Pilsner malt, 25% Vienna malt and 25% flaked corn blend, which lends a light touch of sweetness at the finish. Northern Brewer hops are used for bittering, and Saaz and Tettnang hops are added for flavor & aroma. Salud!
