Grails are watched nightly — you get word the morning this one is first seen. Every Bohemian Brewery filing? Follow the brewery.
This filing went on record 7 February 2019, before the beer reached a shelf. Every week's new filings, read and delivered Tuesday morning.
This is the 4th of 13 label filings we hold from Bohemian Brewery. It is one of 17 mexican lager labels approved in February 2019. It cleared 37 days after it was filed. The label names 3 hops — Northern Brewer, Saaz and Tettnang.
From the label“Bohemian Brewery's "Sir-Veza" is our take on a classic Mexican-style lager. We use German lager yeast and a 50% Pilsner malt, 25% Vienna malt and 25% flaked corn blend, which lends a light touch of sweetness at the finish. Northern Brewer hops are used for bittering, and Saaz and Tettnang hops are added for flavor & aroma. Salud!”

The filing names its hops — Northern Brewer, Saaz, Tettnang — which is enough for a real starting point.
