This is the 4th of 14 labels we have from Bohemian Brewery. It is one of 19 mexican lager labels approved in February 2019. Its label was approved 37 days after it was submitted. The label names 3 hops — Northern Brewer, Saaz and Tettnang.
From the label“Bohemian Brewery's "Sir-Veza" is our take on a classic Mexican-style lager. We use German lager yeast and a 50% Pilsner malt, 25% Vienna malt and 25% flaked corn blend, which lends a light touch of sweetness at the finish. Northern Brewer hops are used for bittering, and Saaz and Tettnang hops are added for flavor & aroma. Salud!”
