From the label“This variant of The Oligarch 2019 is comprised of 9 of the most intense barrels to come from this series. These barrels showed incredible depth of character, including rich oxidative notes that make them a perfect pair for one of the Pacific Northwest's most beguiling foodstuffs: mushrooms. Cheers!”
