From the label

“Light brown and effervescent, deceptively strong and funky but not sour. Fermented with live yeast, it's a chocolate covered cherry, and the flavor bursts with pie spice, a rounded sweetness, and a funky note of smoke. Over time, expect a funky butter and barnyard character to develop.”
