Using lactobacillus, the wort (produced using pale, white wheat, and Vienna malts + lactose) for this beer was soured in the kettle over the course of two days. Conditioned on Amarillo hops + apricot, making for a well-rounded yet assertive sour beverage. *CONTAINS LACTOSE*
