Polotmavé is a Czech style Amber Lager brewed in collaboration with Holy Mountain Brewing. We blended Francin Pilsner and Baronesse Munich and hopped through the boil with our favorite lots of Saaz. Polotmavé has complex malt notes and a dry finish.
