Our 12 plato Czech Pilsner is the heart of our brewery. It is brewed with a blend of floor malted Bohemian pilsner and Francin Pilsner. It is then hopped generously with Czech Saaz. We use a long mash process to create a deep and complex malt presence and hop with the freshest Saaz available. We ferment long and cool and carbonate naturally. Notes of rich brioche and spicy hops. This beer is always poured with a traditional side-pull faucet.
