Crisp, bright, and refined. Pleasant sweet grainy character from a carefully selected blend of lightly kilned 2 row malts from Netherlands craft maltster, The Swaen. Restrained additions of Australian Ella contribute delicate floral hop notes. Lagered for a minimum of six weeks and naturally carbonated utilizing the traditional German Spunding technique.
