The first beer in our Bug series! We made up a batch with a Pilsner malt base, some flaked oats and raw wheat, then split it up and put a different bug in each. This one was 100% fermented with Brett Tois from our friends at Omega Yeast Labs. Don't send it back, the bugs are supposed to be there!
