Experimental Lager in partnership with Yakima Chief Hops hop innovation program, FWD. This lager uses some traditional Hallertau Mittelfruh hops in the kettle and an experimental concentrated hop oil extract, 1134 Hyperboost, in the tank. Try this beer side by side with Party Time Pilsner as this recipe is designed similarly but replaces some of the Hallertau Mittelfruh in Party Time with 1134 Hyperboost. Lemon peel, fresh blossoms, peppery.
