This light and crisp gose is our fifth release in the series of Vista's house brews aged in Desert Door Texas Sotol Barrels. This light gose is infused with sea salt, grapefruit and lime zest, evoking a paloma-like flavor. Time in the sotol barrel lends a soft mouthfeel and dry, botanical finish.
