In their words
Our Raspberry Saison, the Smiling Flamingo, is a NC 2019 award winning beer! It is brewed with local malts and Appalachian wheat from Riverbend Malt House and fermented with saison yeast. In the secondary fermentation we load up on fresh local raspberries.
