With predominant aromas of intense espresso and dark chocolate this Spring's release of Mott presents nuances of vanilla, vinous-like qualities and a hint of cherry. Our first instance of using a Japanese plum wine barrel alongside apple wood rye, tawny port and brown sugar rum allows this stout to sing!
