DIPA - Hearts Once Nourished is our latest, ultra hoppy double IPA. Brewed to celebrate one of our favorite bands, @shaihulud_unincorporated hitting the road once again! Born from a base of 2-row, oat malt, and Vienna malt. Hopped in the kettle with Citra, Mosaic, and Wai-iti hops, then pummeled with a massively saturated dry hop wake of even more Citra, Mosaic, and Wai-iti.
