'Mingo is one of our core IPAs that we generally only brew in the warmer months. With a complex malt bill and dry hopped primarily with southern hemisphere hops, 'Mingo is beautifully balanced, and uniquely tropical. In a world of similarity, be bold, be brave, stand out.
