Mixed Culture Farmhouse Ale brewed with 100% local malt and fermented in our oak foeders with our house mixed culture. Evolve then rested on 100 pounds of Peaches for 3 months before bottle conditioning. Notes of tart peach balanced by our signature farmhouse funk, this is truly a beer to ring in Spring!
