This Farmhouse ale began life as a French-style saison that was co-fermented with Brettanomyces. The saison was then inoculated with a lactobacillus culture and racked into a mix of freshly emptied Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Rosé barrels from Alexana Vineyards.
