A classic English Best Bitter using hops grown in western Pennsylvania. Heirloom, floor-malted barley malt and a dash of crystal malt provide a simple, slightly toasted, and biscuity bread flavoured base. Balanced, clean, fresh, woody, and fruity hoppiness. This highly sessionable ale celebrates one of the classic chalk streams of southern England - the River Itchen.
