In their words

Unfiltered, unpasteurized, unfined fresh German & Bohemian-influenced Pale Lager. CZ Saaz hops provide a spicy, herbal-floral scent and flavor. The body is soft and bready. Golden color. Clean, complex, intricate, crisp. The name celebrates the hopeful reappearance of the Eurasian Brown Bear (Ursus arctos arctos) back into the mountains of southern Bavaria.
