In their words
Our NZ-hopped Pilsner, is named after the Maori word for the Silver Fern. Brewed with pilsner malt and hopped with Wai-iti and Nectaron, it's fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast. Ponga features aromas of fresh flowers, lime zest, and peach skin over crackery malt undertones. Tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit play with peach and apricot, before a punchy grapefruit and lime finish.
