Centi-Mental is a nod to the IPA's of the late 90's and early 2000's. We use Cascade and Centennial hops to create a big citrus hop profile that is paired equally with a rich malt backbone. Unlike modern IPA's Centi-Mental has plenty of early hop additions, creating solid bittering. Finish is semi-dry with lingering hop flavors.
