Baxter's Amber Ale is a shoutout to some of the great American Ambers that graced the shelves back in the early 90s, such as Rhino Chasers and Red Wolf. Notes of caramel differentiate the style from Pale Ale, with a firm hop bitterness and dry hop aroma (we used locally grown Cascade/Centennial).
