porter brewed with hot granite rocks and flavored with smoked chiles from our garden. the beer is brewed entirely with rocks as the heat source. we heat granite for 4 hours in a bonfire then drop it into the wort. the process adds extra smoke and caramelization. spicy finish from the peppers.
