In their words

Minion is our tribute to Mosaic hops. Only a handful of which are boiled in the kettle, while the vast majority are utilized post-boil in the whirlpool, fermenter and conditioning tank. This technique gives the beer a dank and pungent aroma and flavor without the bitterness of a traditional IPA.
