In their words
Our good friends at Kinnickinnic Natives provided us with some wild Wisconsin hops. This unique strain was harvested from a secret spot in a secret forest somewhere in Wisconsin and propagated right here in River Falls. It has a fairly mellow, grassy flavor with a hint of melon and works beautifully on our tart Berliner Weisse.
