Birth, death and rebirth – that is the cyclical nature of things. Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, this barrel-aged Imperial Stout is born from an 18-month rest in the blackened, charred interior of a Bourbon barrel. The body of this mythical beast has roasted barley, Black and Chocolate malts at its core. The extensive aging process lends a warming Bourbon nose and gives this bold beer a silky-smooth mouthfeel and finish. Enjoy this unique offering while you can because when it is gone it will not return until it rises again.
