Mlíko, which translates to "milk" in Czech, is a traditional Czech beer pouring style that results in a glass nearly full of foam. Mlíko is said to taste sweeter and less bitter than beer without the head. The malt proteins in the beer create a creamy mouthfeel and a sweet, malty taste. It's also important to drink it quickly to enjoy the sweet foam before it settles into regular beer.
