When we first opened, we received a lot of requests for a red or amber ale. We decided it was time to do a hybrid of styles using a blend of Pilsner and Vienna malts with a bit of chocolate malt tossed in. Fermented with Norwegian farmhouse yeast and dry hoped with cashmere, this bright, fruity IPA has the classic toffee and caramel notes lurking in the background.
