Crisp light bodied golden ale with a slightly sweet biscuity malt flavor. Delicate floral hop aroma from German hops. The name is inspired by the hydrogen bonds formed in solutions of alcohol and water, like in beer! 2022 Bronze at WA Beer Awards. 2020 Gold at SIP Awards. 2019 Gold at WA Beer Awards. 2018 Silver at Best of Craft Beer Awards.
