Fermented with the famed Jovaru® Brewery's historic strain, Jovaru come from the queen of Lithuanian farmhouse beer herself. With citrusy esters and restrained phenols, expect lemon pith and black pepper character, and a soft mouthfeel, complimenting the apple flavor from the cider.With a somewhat dank, almost musty yeast-driven aroma, this cider smooths out into a complex flavor profile on the palate. Moderately sweet up front with a slightly dry finish, and a very mellow tartness.
