My dad and I spent years honing the perfect Baltic porter and then decided we wanted it to be a coffee Porter too. So, we took what we knew to be way too much coffee and then doubled that amount. We added it after carbonation was completed, so no aromas would be lost, and canned up what is essentially 100% coffee and 100% beer. It might be 200% of each if we're honest.
