This is a "True" German Hefeweizen, brewed in accordance to the Reinheitsgebot (German Beer Purity Law). Step mashed and keg conditioned just like it's been done for centuries. Hints of clove and banana from pure German wheat beer yeast and a big, lacy white head, then raw coconut added at the end of fermentation to give it a nice finish.
