In their words
Named for the Knife held in the shielding hand of Scottish Highlanders during battle. This Scotch Ale is Rich and Malty, yet light on the finish to make it easily crushable. Ruby color shines through its dark color, provides flavors off toffee, caramel, and bready-toasty notes.
