For our final fresh hop release of 2025, we're exploring the complexities of the underappreciated Idaho 7 hop. While not exactly the Better Than Ezra of hops, it doesn't headline as much as its arena tour counterparts like Citra or Mosaic. Idaho 7 does boast some great tangerine, apricot and pine flavors that are a natural fit for a hazy IPA. For the encore, we dry hopped Deep Cut Hazy IPA with Cascade CGX-Nuvo lupulin powder, adding a little grapefruit and floral notes to the mix. It's an IPA sure to leave the crowd wanting more, but you'll have to wait until next year because this is our last one until next year. Thank You and Goodnight!
