In their words
Back in 750ml bottles for the first time since 2020. A super saison — the larger cousin of the lion-based farmhouse ales — fermented with Brettanomyces and viciously dry hopped with Galaxy and Sterling for citrus, perfume and tropical notes. Recommended fresh rather than cellared. $13 per 750ml bottle, available on draft and to-go exclusively at Mousetrap.
